• Can I pick out my own stone?

Absolutely!  You can pick out your own stone, however stones are provided with the engraving.  Each of our stones is hand selected in pink or tan flagstone, quartzite, or river rock based on your requests and availability of the stone.  You can also provide your own stone, however not all stones can be etched and providing your own stone does not affect the price of the engraving.​​

• How long will the design last?

Each of the stones is deeply engraved using a sand carving process, painted (if requested) and sealed to preserve your design for a lifetime.​​

Glass etching uses the same process as stone.  If painting is requested, we recommend hand washing items only.​

• Can I pick my own artwork?

Of course!  Please keep in mind that not all artwork or fonts are suitable for engraving on glass and stone.  The bolder the better, especially for engraving on stone.  A $35 setup fee applies to all custom design.  Please refer to the Design Information page and feel free to contact us and we can determine the best options for your design.

• How long does it take once my order is placed?

Most orders can be completed in 1-2 weeks.

• Is shipping available?

Shipping is available and can be quoted based on product, weight, and shipping destination.​
